No. We charge no placement fee. You only pay for your own documents and flight — directly to the relevant institutions, never to us.

A competitive European salary from R48,000 net/month (~€2,400), after the first two months it rises to R60,000 net (~€3,000). It depends on the company, country and routes — and on you: your initiative, responsibility and how you plan work and rest. Overtime is paid per EU rules.

Monthly, on time, directly to your bank account, with a transparent monthly breakdown.

Only your own documents (IDP, police clearance + apostille, etc.), your flight, and accommodation between trips (about R200–300/night, ~€10–15) — paid directly to the relevant institutions, not to us.

Because these are your own personal documents, not a fee for employment. This model is used worldwide so that both sides commit seriously. For drivers, the investment pays off within the first month of work.

Our services are free for drivers. The employer pays us for spreading the word — and gets a driver with documents in order, prepared for the visa process and the flight. Your salary is always whole and always yours: no fee and no percentage of your pay.

Usually about 1–3 months from application to arrival, depending on visa processing (via VFS Global) and how quickly you gather your documents.

A valid truck driving licence, at least 1 year of real experience and a clean criminal record. The whole process can be done remotely from anywhere.

Yes. The requirements are the same for everyone — a valid Code 14 (EC) licence, PDP, real experience and documents in order. European carriers hire women drivers too, and their number in Lithuania grows every year. If you meet the requirements, apply with confidence.

At a driving school near you. The test is recorded and sent to the employer — so they can see you have real experience.

Not necessarily before applying. Code 95 (Driver CPC) is the EU professional qualification; many drivers obtain it as part of the process. Ask us and we'll explain your specific case.

No. The whole process — application, driving test, document submission and departure preparation — can be done remotely, from anywhere in South Africa.

Europe requires real truck-driving experience, and the process includes a practical driving test, so only genuine skills count. It's best to apply when you're confident you meet the 1-year minimum.

Yes! Fill in the free application like everyone else — we'll check your documents and pass them to the employer. Your European experience and existing documents are an advantage, so the process can be even faster.

Yes. Everything is done legally and with documents — a real EU contract, a verified employer, and the official VFS Global pathway. No shortcuts.

You alone are responsible for the truthfulness of your documents and information. Forged documents or false information (e.g. about experience or criminal record) come out sooner or later — then you lose the chance to work in Europe, and the consequences are yours. That's why honesty and a real desire to work matter most here: if something's missing or you're unsure — better ask us. You can ask questions after every webinar, and we'll help you find the right way.

It's wise to have a cash reserve for the first weeks — for food, household items and transport until your first salary. Payment arrangements depend on your agreement with the employer, and if you need an advance — discuss it with your employer individually once you arrive.

The employer provides accommodation, but everyday living — what you'll need on the road, living in the truck — is something you prepare for yourself: a pot, a pan, essential dishes and other small household items are your one-off costs. Plan for them in advance so there are no surprises. See the full list in the travel guide.

Independence and responsibility. You can always ask — both us and the employer — but drivers who sort out everyday matters themselves and take the job seriously earn trust the fastest. And with trust come better routes, opportunities to upskill and better conditions. A good relationship with your employer is your investment in the future. And the reverse is true: forged documents or false information come out sooner or later — then you lose the chance to work in Europe.

A licensed, long-established Lithuanian international carrier. You'll meet your specific employer once all your documents are ready — and you'll handle the visa process together. At this stage, feel free to ask them anything about life, the contract and the conditions.

The typical rotation is 8 weeks on the road and 4 rest weeks. During rest weeks you can fly home (at your own cost).

On the road you sleep in the truck cabin with a fitted sleeping area, and between rotations the employer provides a shared flat or room near the base for a symbolic price — usually around €10–15 (~R200–300) per night, depending on the company.

You will not be left alone. Until you arrive in Europe — with documents, the test, the visa and preparation — we help: during working hours you can reach us any time. From the day you arrive, day-to-day support comes from your employer — for work, housing or route questions, contact them directly: that's the fastest way to get an answer.

Yes. Once you start working in Europe, you can plan for your whole family to join you. Discuss the options and timelines individually with your employer while you are working. A lot also depends on you — the more stable and longer you work, the sooner you reach the stage where your family joining becomes real.

Applications from Zimbabwean citizens are temporarily paused — the rules change almost every month, so keep an eye on our WhatsApp group. Join our webinars and prepare your documents in advance: as soon as applications reopen, we'll announce it right away — and we'll be ready to take you on. Once applications open, documents are handled in Zimbabwe: police clearance from the ZRP CID, and the apostille from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Harare).
