The process is similar, but the offices differ: police clearance from the ZRP CID, and the apostille from the Department of Consular Services, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Harare (not DIRCO). The apostille must be processed inside Zimbabwe — an embassy abroad cannot issue it for you.
