You contact the shortlisted candidates and start the work permit process. Who guides the candidate through the visa steps is agreed individually.
We help the driver prepare for the flight and arrival – and the driver starts work with you.
We offer ready candidates first to employers who contact us early and offer better conditions for drivers – salary, travel or accommodation paid. Once you reserve a candidate, we no longer offer them to others. We discuss the terms in our first conversation.
We have candidates with documents already in order – we can introduce them right away. Our candidate community grows every month, so if you need a larger number of new drivers, they collect all documents within 1–3 months.
The driver works directly for your company, unless agreed otherwise.
If a candidate whose documents we handed over does not work out, we offer another one. Terms are agreed in the contract.
We work with transport companies across the EU. The work permit is arranged by the employer – we can help with it by individual agreement.
