The employer starts the work permit and migration process — via VFS Global in your country (South Africa or Zimbabwe).
At this stage a joint group call with the employer may be scheduled — a Q&A session about the whole preparation: arrival, welcome and first steps at the company. If everyone's visa process is going smoothly, the call may not happen at all. Attendance isn't required — if you can't make it, we'll send you the recording.
