Family at the airport – a new future in Europe

Why it's worth it

Life and a future in Europe

This isn't one trip — it's a new, stable chapter with real pay and a clear legal foundation.

  • A legal, long-term European work contract — a real, stable job
  • Real pay, on time, into your bank account
  • During rest weeks you can fly home to your family
  • Modern trucks and a European-regulated employer
  • Our team beside you — in South Africa and Lithuania — from your first message until you land in Europe

Fees

No placement fee.
Ever. Not a cent.

You only pay for your own documents and flight — directly to the institutions. Never to us.

Our services are free for drivers. The employer pays us for spreading the word — and gets a driver with documents in order, prepared for the visa process and the flight. Your salary is always whole and always yours.

Why the EuroTruck Jobs team

Why drivers choose us

Based on both sides

We're on the ground — in South Africa (Johannesburg) and Lithuania (Vilnius), the transport heart of Europe. We know both sides of the journey and speak your language.

Your preparation team

We help you prepare your documents, pass the driving test properly and get your visa — so you arrive at your employer with the right paperwork, instead of risking being sent back.

You're not left alone

We stay close and answer your questions — while you prepare your documents and when you fly to Europe. Whenever a question or surprise comes up, you always know who to turn to, and you'll get help.

Where you'll work

Lithuania — Europe's logistics hub

Lithuania is one of the strongest international road transport hubs in Europe. Thousands of carriers operate here and new drivers are needed every day — which makes it one of the best places to start a stable, long-term job. We work together with a network of licensed, long-established Lithuanian carriers.

Real, reliable employers

  • Licensed Lithuanian international carriers
  • Long-established companies — many 15–20+ years
  • Modern fleets meeting the European Euro 6 standard
  • Based across Lithuania — the transport heart of Europe

What your job will look like

International routes across Europe, modern and well-maintained trucks, a clear work–rest rhythm and accommodation between rotations — all with a legal European contract and real social guarantees.

Exact conditions depend on the company you'll work with. You'll meet your specific employer once all your documents are ready — and you'll handle the visa process together.

Your choice

Who should you start this journey with?

Here's the difference when an experienced team that knows both sides is beside you. Drivers are in short supply — so if your documents are in order and you pass the test, a job is waiting for you.

Questions

Drivers' most common questions

How long does the whole process take?
Usually about 1–3 months from application to arrival. Most of the time goes into collecting documents (especially the police clearance with apostille) and the visa process through VFS Global. The faster you sort your documents, the smoother everything moves.
What do employers value most in drivers?
Independence, responsibility and honesty. Drivers who sort out everyday matters themselves and take the job seriously earn trust the fastest — and with trust come better routes and conditions. And the reverse is true: forged documents or false information come out sooner or later — then you lose the chance to work in Europe. If something's missing or you're unsure — better ask us after a webinar.
What if something goes wrong or gets difficult?
You're not left alone. Europe requires real truck driving experience, and the process includes a practical driving test — so only real skills matter. If anything is unclear at any point, both we and the employer help during business hours: with documents, questions or settling into a new place.
