The full list of required documents, in the right order. Download it and start filling it in right after the webinar.

Important rule: follow this order, start immediately, and don't delay. The police clearance (2–6 weeks) decides how fast everything else moves.

Rough total: if your passport is valid — about R700–900 (police clearance, apostille postage, IDP, copies). If you also need a new passport — about R1,300–1,700. Add a PDP renewal (~R200) and a medical certificate (~R300–600) if yours have expired. These are 2026 guideline prices — institutions change them, so always check on the spot.
Zimbabwe has its own process. Zimbabwe is an Apostille country, but the apostille is issued in Harare — not by DIRCO in South Africa. Do not follow the South African steps.
Items marked (to confirm) we verify individually — ask us in the WhatsApp group before you pay for anything.
Only these documents are accepted — please don't send a CV or extra certificates. Submit your application only once you have all of them ready.
We're expanding! We currently work only with South African and Zimbabwean drivers, but as new countries open up, we'll expand to them too. We constantly watch for new opportunities — as soon as your country opens, we'll announce it in the WhatsApp group right away. Join and follow the news.
Tick every item — and the last step will unlock here.
All documents ticked! Time for the final step.

Once your documents are ready
What the employer does and what you do while the visa is being arranged. This stage starts only once all your documents are reviewed and the employer accepts you.
Important: exact fees, forms and timelines depend on your country and the rules in force at the time — we confirm them individually for every driver. All fees are paid directly to the institutions or the VFS centre. Never pay a “facilitation” fee to any private person.
While you wait for your visa
This list and these tips are for drivers whose visa is already being processed and who should start preparing for the flight.
You'll get this password once your visa is being processed and you start preparing for your flight. Haven't received it? Message us — we'll send it.
Inside you'll find: how to buy tickets and prepare for the flight, what to pack for life on the road, and how to get to your employer after landing.
Wrong password.
Your employer will meet you and provide housing, but everyday living is something you prepare for yourself. Drivers who arrive prepared earn their employer's trust the fastest.
Why this matters: preparing for life in a new country is your responsibility — and it's one of the first places you can show your strength. Employers value independent, responsible drivers the most — with that attitude comes trust, better routes and better conditions.
If you fly alone — you make your own way to the employer (instructions below). If a group of 3–5 drivers arrives — the employer picks you up from the airport. We'll tell you before your flight which applies to you.

If your employer is different — you'll get the exact address and instructions before your flight.
